PLEASE LEAVE PETS IN CAR WHILE CHECKING IN AT OUR REGISTRATION TABLE.

All pets must be on leash or in a carrier at all times. And you must be able to control your dog/cat while around other dogs/cats.

If your pet poses a potential threat due to improper restraint, you may be asked to leave for everyone's safety.

All pets must be registered to be seen & vaccinated by one of our vets.

Payment is due at time of services received. We will accept cash, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, or credit card. Credit card & PayPal transactions will have an additional $2.00 fee to help offset the processing fees we incur.. Sorry,

NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED

If your pet is showing visible signs of having any communicable illnesses, you may be asked to leave before being vaccinated.

Rabies vaccines are good for 1 yr unless you bring prior proof of vaccination. All rabies tags will be MAILED to owners, so please be sure to write legibly on all forms!

Please bring camp chairs, water, etc. if you feel you will need it while waiting in line. We will do our best to move through pets as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee how long it will take to get you in & out.

All services are first come first serve.

Please be respectful & have patience for those putting on the clinic & others attending the clinic, all our workers for this event are volunteering their time and services for Wagon Tails Farm Rescue.

Tito's Handmade Vodka, Petco Love, Wagon Tails Farm Rescue, or any of our volunteers or individuals affiliated with us are not responsible for any damage or injury that may occur at this event for you or your pets.

Owner/handler of each pet accepts responsibility for animal(s) you bring to the clinic & agree to cover any costs involved should any pets have an allergic or adverse reaction to any vaccines given.

These vaccine clinics are brought to you by Wagon Tails Farm Rescue, in partner with Tito's Handmade Vodka, Petco Love Foundation & Merck.

The following items will be offered at this Vaccine Clinic:

Distemper/Parvo Vaccines (dog or cat) - FREE

Rabies Vaccines (dog or cat) - $10

Microchip (dog or cat) - $15

Bordetella Vaccines (dog only) - $20*

Lepto Vaccines (dog only) - $25*

Flea/Tick Prevention (dog or cat) - $20 (size based)

HW Test (dog only, IF your dog is able to be handled for it) - $20

*Bordetella & Lepto vaccines are first come first serve, as we will have less of these vaccines on hand the day of the clinic

**IF we have a surplus of food/supplies from our Community Pantry, we will bring those items along, and they will be free of charge, as long as they last, but no guarantees on what we may have, it varies depending on our inventory.
